We don't allow the use of our services for sexually explicit content, deceptive practices like spam or disinformation, and high-risk political or government decisions. Unauthorized privacy infringements, including tracking and data misuse, are forbidden. Bref Tech's services are not tailored for legal, financial, or medical advice, and relying solely on them for such purposes is discouraged.

(a) Billing and Charges: You're expected to settle all account-related charges ("Fees") as per our listed rates or as mutually agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to rectify any pricing errors, even post-invoice or after receiving payment. It's imperative that you provide authentic and current billing details, including an approved payment method. While we'll bill you periodically as agreed, we might adjust the billing date. By using our services, you grant permission to Bref Tech, our affiliates, and our third-party payment handlers to process your payments. If we encounter payment issues, we'll notify you in writing and might restrict access to our services until the dues are cleared. All Fees should be paid in U.S. dollars upon receiving the invoice and are non-refundable, except where specified in this agreement.
(b) Tax Responsibilities: Unless specified, our Fees exclude all types of taxes, levies, and similar charges (“Taxes”). You'll bear all Taxes related to your transactions, except those calculated on our net income. We might bill you for such Taxes. You commit to settling these Taxes promptly and furnish us with any proof of payment or other relevant documentation as we might request. For taxation purposes, Bref Tech will use the address provided during your account setup, so ensure its accuracy.
(c) Adjustments in Pricing: We can revise our rates by notifying you either through your account or on our website. Any hike in prices will be operational 14 days post-notification, barring those implemented due to legal mandates which come into effect instantly. Such changes will be reflected in your account immediately after the specified date.
(d) Fee Discrepancies and Delays: If you wish to challenge any Fees or Taxes, reach out to contact@breftech.com within 30 days from the invoice date. Any undisputed overdue amounts might incur a monthly finance charge of 1.5% of the outstanding sum. In case of overdue payments, we might limit your access to our services after informing you about the delayed payment.
(a) Safeguarding Confidential Data: In your interactions with Bref Tech, its partners, and other third-party entities, you might encounter sensitive information. This Confidential Information must solely be used in alignment with these Terms and for availing the Services. It's crucial that you avoid sharing this information with others and ensure its security as you would for your personal sensitive information, using at least a reasonable degree of care. Exemptions to this include details that: (i) become public knowledge without your interference; (ii) were known to you without any confidentiality terms prior to this agreement; (iii) were revealed to you rightfully by an external party without attached confidentiality terms; or (iv) were independently conceptualized by you without resorting to the Confidential Information. If legally obligated or under governmental orders, you might disclose Confidential Information, provided you inform Bref Tech in advance in writing and make genuine efforts to minimize the disclosure extent, aiding us in contesting the disclosure when feasible.
(b) Ensuring Security: It's your responsibility to adopt reasonable strategies to safeguard your access and usage of the Services. In the event of identifying any security lapses or breaches linked to the Services, promptly get in touch with Bref Tech, furnishing all related details.
(c) Management of Personal Information: Should you leverage the Services for processing individual data, it's imperative to deliver appropriate privacy disclosures and secure all essential permissions for the data's processing. You assure us that such data processing aligns with the governing regulations.
(a) Termination; Suspension: Your commitment to these Terms begins the moment you start using our Services and persists until these Terms are dissolved. If you wish, you can conclude these Terms anytime by halting your use of the Services and Content. We reserve the right to end these Terms by notifying you 30 days in advance. However, should you significantly violate any of our terms, or due to unforeseen changes with our third-party tech associates, or to abide by legal or official directives, we may instantly terminate these Terms. Additionally, we hold the right to restrict your access to our Services if you breach these Terms, create potential security threats for us or others, or if we believe your activities could be deceptive or expose us or others to legal consequences.
(b) Effect on Termination: Following the termination, you're obliged to cease all use of the Services and quickly hand over or, as per our directive, eliminate any Confidential Information in your possession. These Terms of Use and any disputes related to them or Bref Tech services will be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, regardless of conflict of laws principles.
